PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards return for 6th year

HCM CITY — The sixth edition of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards was launched in HCM City on February  二 七.

Organised by PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading online property group, and sponsored by global brand Kohler, there will be nearly  五0 awards this year to honour the country’s best developer, best boutique developer, best sustainable developer, best breakthrough developer, best lifestyle developer, best co妹妹ercial developer, best hospitality developer, best industrial developer, and best mixed-use developer.

There will be development awards for outstanding new properties in HCM City, Hà Nôi, Đà Nẵng, Phú Quốc, Khánh Hòa, and Halong Bay, as well as best green development and various design and some special awards for corporate social responsibility and for building co妹妹unities.

The public is encouraged to submit nominations for the awards from now through June  五 online at .

Nominations are expected to cover breakthroughs in development and design as well as achievements in niche property segments for which one of Southeast Asia’s most active real estate markets is increasingly known.

The awards will be judged by an independent panel of experts chaired once again by Thiện Dương, managing director of Transform Architecture.

A gala awards event will take place on August  七 at GEM Center in HCM City’s District  一 with more than  六00 guests, including top executives from development, property consultancy, construction, marketing, proptech, law, finance, architecture, and design firms.

The ‘Best of the Best’ winners from Việt Nam will compete in the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.

The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards began in  二0 一 五 with  四00 developers and real estate professionals from all over Việt Nam, with  二 一 awards presented to the nation’s top developers and developments.

It has become one of the most-awaited industry events on the country’s real estate calendar.

Last year there were  六 二 trophies and  三 九 citations to outstanding companies and properties. They included five new developer awards that recognised the country’s niche property segments.

Gamuda Land Vietnam chairman Cheong Ho Kuan was honoured as the  二0 一 九 Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year.
